So many of us live in lack mentality, being lessor than or in a state of wanting more, to be better or feel different. AlcheMe is a way to discover and explore the joy that life has to offer us if we will only allow the receiving of it. We create blocks to and limits on our own experience to protect and preserve ourselves in early childhood for good reasons, but when those coping and defense mechanisms and the "programs" in our minds that run to keep us safe are actually keeping us from what we want to create or feel, we must re-program ourselves to be in alignment with our highest good, the "Gold" that is our true potential. We are each of infinite worth, and when we truly know this, we richly experience our humanity.
